We all live in the same way, waking up daily, trying to finish our daily task, and then went back to bed. In the whole day, we may commit some bad actions which not only affect our surrounding but also enhance the negative energy within us and they are not easy to control, we may not possess enough strength to overcome these actions. It starts controlling us and affect us with the people around us.
So what should we do? well, If you cannot stop it then replace it. Practising your good deeds will help you to become a better human being. So we all should start to inherit all those good actions like
Nonviolence (Ahimsa) - not to cause harm to any living beings;
Hurting someone should never be an option, weapons cannot bring peace to society, we should always try to deal in a way where people doesn't get hurt and the peace remains. One should never try to harm anyone neither physically nor mentally.
Truthfulness (Satya) - to speak the harmless truth only;
I know telling the truth is one of the hardest things to do, but giving false hopes or encouraging the lie could never be beneficial, Accepting the truth is the best way to move on because tomorrow it will find you and that will only cause suffering.

Non-stealing (Asteya) - not to take anything not properly given;
Taking the things which never belong to you or taking them without any permission is a big crime because you are taking someones else happiness which can never please you no matter how hard you try. This will only give you guilt and troubles

Non-possession (Aparigraha) - complete detachment from people, places, and material things;
Having too much attachment from things or people can be very much harmful because attachment brings high expectations and if those expectations weren't made then it will eventually hurt that one individual. One should never over love or overreact because once it detached it will not be easy to regain that affection.
Now, let us take the vow to practice these actions to become a better human being and try to be whisee ๐.
